help, with Live Chat.
Live Chat is used to provide members with immediate assistance. To chat with a Communications Center Officer, you will need to access Live Chat by clicking the icon on the homepage or within DataNet (images shown below). Once you click, fill in your name and account number
and a Communications Center Officer will respond within just a few seconds.
Live Chat is now available Weekdays, 8 am-7 pm and Saturday 8 am-2 pm.
