Donation and sponsorship requests are considered based upon the following criteria:
- Events and activities for tax-exempt organizations under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code.
- Organizations located within Kern County.
- Organizations and events, which improve the needs of our Members and the community.

Completed requests, along with accompanying event information, may take up to thirty days for approval.

Contributions for the following requests will not be considered:
- Political, partisan and religious organizations
- Organizations or causes which do not impact the Kern Schools service area
- Individuals seeking funds for personal endeavors
