Information for Completing Your New Account Application
You should have received an email for every new account opened containing your new signature card(s). Please follow the directions to electronically sign and complete your card(s). Once we have received your signature card(s) and your account has been funded, you may request to receive a new ATM or Visa Check card in the branch or over the phone by calling the Contact Center.
Funding Your Account
Please know if you utilized, or will utilize, an electronic transfer to fund your new account(s), moneys will become available for use within three (3) to five (5) business days. In the event you elect to fund your new account(s) by mail, please make the check(s) payable to your name and endorse the back of the check(s) with your account number(s) along with the words “For Deposit Only.” Checks can be mailed to:

Please note: Your deposit must be received within thirty (30) days of account(s) opening or the account(s) will be closed.
